At Amazing Threading - Brows by Anika, we strive to provide our clients with the best service experience. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate everyone effectively, we have implemented the following reservation and booking policies:

Appointments:

• How to Book: Appointments can be booked through our website, or in person at our salon. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. No rescheduling for bookings that are made the same day.

• Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied to your total service amount and is non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows and if you opt to schedule an appointment we require you to make another deposit.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 5-7 minutes late. Your deposit will be non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows and if you opt to schedule an appointment we require you to make another deposit.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. No rescheduling for bookings that were made the same day.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service cost.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment one time without prior notice will have a direct effect on your future bookings.

• Preparation: For threading and other brow services, we recommend allowing 2-3 weeks of brow growth before your appointment to achieve the best results.
